• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date stated on the sales document.
• In no case can a product that is not in its original condition be accepted. This means that the product:
    1) has not been used
    2) has all its labels and
    3) and its packaging has not been damaged
• The product must be returned with all the accompanying documents, such as e.g. the retail receipt, the Delivery Note, etc.
